Just A Quickie

I'm just popping in to brag:  IT'S SNOWING!!!!!   I know for many this isn't something to be so excited about, but I truly am!  I know I'm not the one who has to shovel it, but still.  It's so beautiful and calming, and besides, it helps to insulate houses from the -20C temps we've been having in these parts.

I'M SO BLISSED OUT RIGHT NOW :D

  2. It finally got warm enough to snow here. -17°C today instead of -28°C with a windchill of -39. Oy.

  3. Oh, thanks, that weather moved here. It's currently -21c with -35C windchill and I walked to work with no long underwear. Dumb. Supposed to get to -42C tonight. We got some snow, but not enough for insulation from those temps!

  9. Enjoy! It is nice having snow. We have a lot of ice with our snow right now which I don't like, but it is still beautiful.

  10. Thanks Cathy :) I hope your weather gets better for you! As much as I love outdoor winter activities, sometimes it's nice to enjoy it inside with a cup of tea and a fire :) We've moved from snowing to absolutely bitter temperatures, which I am still down with! Hopefully it will make the ice safe to go on. I need to go out fishing!
